Ordering
Are there discount codes available?
We usually have promotions for our 2-way cards available. Check the banner at the top of our home page to see the latest discounts we have for you!
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it; we change our minds too! Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window in the future.
How big are the cards?
Each card set includes 2 cards, 2 envelope and can be used for any occasion and any relationship.
- Sender card size: 5.5" W x 8.5" H (extra postage required)
- Response card size 5" W x 7" H
Are wholesale options available?
Yes! Please contact us (below) and we would love to provide information about wholesale solutions for you.
What if I'm having trouble ordering?
We are so sorry you're having trouble. Technology is sometimes not cooperative, but if you are having any issues with placing your order, please contact us by clicking the button at the bottom of this page and we will do everything we can to help!
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Absolutely. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the order is unopened, unused, and returned in full (less return shipping costs).
Returns should be mailed with a printed copy of your original order receipt to the following address:

Can I exchange a card?
If your card arrives damaged, you may contact us (below) with included photos and we would be happy to assist you with an exchange for the same item.
If you would like to exchange your card(s) for a different color, please see our return policy.
